Delivery Types Explained
Most of our smaller items will be delivered on a standard service with one of our couriers, a signature will be required upon delivery. Extra-Large Parcel Delivery
Due to the size, weight and/or fragility of certain items, they may be considered an extra-large parcel. Extra-large parcels will be delivered with our courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. In-stock items are typically delivered in 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us on 01260 270789.
Furniture and Fragile Items
Items that are large, heavy and/or fragile will be despatched using one of our couriers, your item will be delivered within a mutually convenient time slot. Delivery usually takes place within 7-14 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us on 01260 270789.
UK RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you're very happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your items please check all your items immediately upon receipt.If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email email@example.com or phone 01260 270789.
When you return a Product to us because you have cancelled the Contract within the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period (see Consumer rights), once the Product is back with us and has been QC checked, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
We will be happy to refund you for the item price if items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will not refund the original delivery costs or pay for the return postage/delivery costs. Please note we do not give exchanges or refunds on items returned to us after14 days of receipt. When returning goods, we recommend using registered post or couriers and insure the item as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us or arrive with us damaged. Products cannot be returned to us because they are unsuitable after the fourteen-day cooling off period referred to above unless we agree or they are faulty. If we agree that a Product may be returned, it must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging and may also be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%.
All returned products will be thoroughly QC checked to ensure that faults reported match faults visible. Our decision on this is final. Such fees will not be payable if the Product is faulty.
Where a product is defective you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery of the Product(s) to you. After the period of 14 days following delivery of the Products(s) to you has expired, you will not be entitled to a full refund unless we have first been given the opportunity to repair and/or replace the Products. If we do not repair or replace the Product(s) within a reasonable period, or the Product is still defective following repair and/or replacement then you can either keep the Product(s) and request a reasonable reduction in the price or return the Product(s) and be entitled to a full refund.
For any in-store orders (only) All orders are to be paid IN FULL before delivery. Where we are asked to hold the stock in our warehouse we will do for a maximum time of 7 days.Products cannot be returned to us because they are unsuitable after the fourteen-day cooling off period referred to above unless we agree or they are faulty. If we agree that a Product may be returned, it must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging and may also be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%.
Return postage cannot be refunded and refunds cannot be made until the goods have been received. Refunds cannot be made on any sale items or already discounted items. Refunds can take up to 30 days. Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the Payment Card with the appropriate amount.
Please be aware that our Standard Returns Policy does not apply to any items sold during a seconds/sample/Showroom sale event or from a display at our store where goods are seen and/or purchased in-person. We do not accept returns on any purchases made during these events and no refunds or exchanges/replacements/repairs or credit notes will be issued. Items purchased during a seconds/sample/showroom sale or from a display in store, carry defects and are purchased with the knowledge of those defects.
How to Return Items
When returning products please ensure that you fill out the above returns form and enclose it with your item/s.
We do not offer a free returns service but we do have a few options to help you with your return.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Please return to the address below and insure that you include the above info in the package:
Please fill out our returns form which will be included in an envelope with your order
Please fill out your reason for return together with the date, and include this in your parcel to return.
Please carefully pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form. Please note that we will be unable to refund any items returned without a returns form.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure that items are packaged securely.
We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt.
Please note that as bespoke or personalised items have been made to order, we cannot accept returns on these items, unless faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Unless the item is faulty, returns will be at your own cost.
We are not able to refund the original delivery cost on returned items (unless faulty).
We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund.
Please allow up to 30 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.
Faulty & Damaged Items
Whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in once piece, occasionally items do get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt if your item has been damaged during transit.
For any faulty / damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product to be sent prior to return.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packing, even if it's faulty, before we have confirmed how we wish to proceed.
Once we have confirmed a product is faulty, you will then have 14 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard returns policy applies.
